In line with the IEC calendar,the registration guidelines of international students for 2023 Autumn Semester are hereby notified as follows.

I On-site Registration

Starting from August 2023, international students shall register on-site in person for 2023 Autumn Semester.If you haven't applied yet, please log in our Online Application System and apply. For more information, please click to visit the official website of International Exchange College.

II Temporary Residence Permit

According to Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China (Order of the President of the People's Republic of China No. 57), for foreigners who reside or stay in domiciles other than hotels, they or the persons who accommodate them shall, within 24 hours after the foreigners' arrival, go through the registration formalities with the public security organs in the places of residence. If you stay on campus, you need to get a Registration Form for Temporary Residence at International Student Affairs Office (Room 718,7th floor, Library Building).

Foreigners who reside in China illegally will result in a warning fine of RMB 500 per day, with a cap of RMB 10,000 in total, or be detained for not less than 5 days but not more than 15 days.

III Registration Arrangement

1. For Current Chinese Language, Undergraduate and Graduate Students

25 August 2023 to 26 August 2023, 9:00am-11:30am, 2:00pm-4:30pm

2. For New Students

2 September 2023, 9:00am-11:30am, 2:00pm-4:30pm

IV Needed Documents for Registration

Students must bring the following documents for on-site registration.

1. For Current Chinese Language, Undergraduate and Graduate Students

（1）有效护照及签证原件 Valid passport and visa (Original)；

（2）学费等缴费凭证 Voucher of Tuition payment, Accommodation fee (On-campus Accommodation only)；Click to visit "Payment guide"

（3）境外人员临时住宿登记表 Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence for Visitors (If applicable)；Click to visit "International Students Insurance"

（4）国际学生在华保险凭据 Valid Voucher of Insurance；

（5）签证延期需提供照片回执 Photo Receipt (For visa extension only).

2. For New Students

（1）有效护照及签证原件及复印件 Valid passport and visa (Original and copy)；

（2）学费等缴费凭证 Voucher of Tuition payment, Accommodation fee (On-campus Accommodation only)；

（3）境外人员临时住宿登记表 Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence for Visitors (If applicable)；

（4）国际学生在华保险凭据 Valid Voucher of Insurance (If applicable)；

（5）护照规格照片2张及照片回执 2 Photos and Photos Receipt；

（6）录取通知书 Admission Letter；

（7）体检报告 Medical Checkup Report；

（8）其他必要文件，如最高学历学校毕业证书及成绩单 Other relevant documents,such as highest degree certificate or diploma,transcript.

According to related regulations of the university,students who fail to register as required,such as exceed the registration deadline by 14 days,will be disqualified for admission or deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the university.
