Dear International Students,

According to the university calendar, the arrangements for 2025 National Day and Mid Autumn Festival Holiday are as follows.

I. Holiday Arrangement

The Holiday is from 1 October (Wednesday) to 8 October (Wednesday) 2025, 8 days in total.

ⅰ. For Undergraduate and Graduate Students

1. Courses on 28 September 28 (Sunday) will follow the teaching schedule of 7 October (Tuesday). Courses originally scheduled on 28 September (Sunday) will be canceled.

2. Courses from 1 October (Wednesday) to 8 October (Wednesday) will be canceled. Courses on 7 October（Tuesday）are shifted to 28 September (Sunday), courses on 8 October（Wednesday）are shifted to 11 October (Saturday).

3. Courses on 11 October (Saturday) will follow the teaching schedule of 8 October (Wednesday),courses originally scheduled on 11 October will be canceled.

ⅱ. For Chinese Training Students

No courses will be given from 1 October (Wednesday) to 8 October (Wednesday).

Ⅱ. Duty Arrangement

In case of any emergency, please call the following numbers: Police, 110; Fire, 119; Emergency Medical Services, 120.

If you need urgent assistance, please keep in touch with your head teacher, counselor or International Student Affairs Office, and make sure you stay informed or be available on your phone or WeChat.

During the holiday, any supporting services such as admission, visa or residence permit etc., please scan the QR Code below and join in the WeChat group for assistance, which is refreshed periodically. Please follow the updates.

III. Warm Reminders

During the holiday, personal safety is the FIRST. Abide by the laws and related regulations of the People's Republic of China, respect the local customs and habits of the Chinese people. Pay attention to personal health, property safety and be cautions of fraud.
